Account deletion

Delete your account and data.

You can request permanent deletion of your NOUN Connect account and the personal data associated with it.

How to submit your request

  1. Open the NOUN Connect listing on Google Play and expand App support or Developer contact.
  2. Send an email to the support address shown there with the subject “NOUN Connect account deletion request”.
  3. Send the request from the email address registered to your NOUN Connect account and include your profile name. Do not include your password.
  4. We may ask you to verify ownership. After verification, we will process the request within 30 days and confirm completion by email.

Data that will be deleted

Your account credentials and profile, including your name, email address, student details, profile information, posts, comments, uploaded images, and other content associated with your account, will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained for up to 90 days in backups or where needed for security, fraud prevention, unresolved reports, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Information required by law may be kept for the legally required period. Retained data is not used to keep your account active.

Before you request deletion

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your profile and content, and the deleted account cannot be restored. Never send your password with a deletion request.
